Return Policy

You can shop with complete confidence at Barber Medical with our returns policies:

  • 7 day return policy
  • Damaged or faulty items return policy
  • Failed items return policy

7 DAY RETURN POLICY

Returned goods which are not faulty or have not been sent in error will be credited, but we will be unable to refund any postage fees. To receive a refund the goods must be returned to us unused, in a re-saleable condition and in the original packaging.

Please return your products directly to the following address: Returns Department, Barber Medical, Unit 25 Shortwood Court, Shortwood Business Park, Dearne Valley Parkway, Barnsley, S74 9LH with the original delivery paperwork.

TERMS AND CONDITION OF RETURNS

  • Products must be in the unused condition that you received them and in the original box and packaging
  • All returns must have the original delivery note
  • All returns must be sent by an insured, trackable delivery service
  • When your refund is processed, the funds will be returned to the original payment method which may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds
  • The 7 day return policy does not apply to items that are faulty/damaged – such items will need to be returned in accordance with our damaged or faulty items returns policy

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS RETURN POLICY

In the unlikely event that you receive a product from us that is damaged during delivery or defective we will be happy to refund or replace at no cost to yourselves. We will issue a full refund (including postage) or a replacement at no additional cost. Please notify our returns department within 3 days of receipt by calling 0114 2576022 or emailing to sales@barbermedical.com

  • Notification of damage or fault must be within 3 days of receipt
  • All returns must have the original delivery note
  • All returns must be sent by an insured, trackable delivery service

  • We may ask for images of the damage before issuing a refund or replacement
  • We may ask for return of the goods before issuing a refund or replacement

FAILED ITEMS RETURN POLICY

Barber Medical try hard to ensure that all products they supply meet our high standards of quality. We operate within the BSI British and European Standard BS EN ISO 9001:2008; however should you encounter any problems with any of our products please contact our returns department on 0114 2576022 (International +44 114 257 6022) and they will advise on the course of action. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF FAILED ITEMS RETURNS POLICY

  • Any returnable items must be packed to arrive with us safely
  • All returns must have the original delivery note
  • All returns must be sent by an insured, trackable delivery service
  • If the returned product has no fault on testing then we will dispatch the product back to you
  • If any items are out of warranty you will be advised of the repair cost and carriage cost before we proceed
